Our goal is to pull together everyone who wants to Think Bigger Than Fair Trade and create ways to harness our collective resources to help developing nations grow their economies and alleviate poverty.

Don't have time but want to make a difference?

It may sound crass but you can vote with your wallet. This model is based on harnessing the power of market forces. That means taking what we would spend anyway and converting it from a routine purchase into an investment in transforming a village.

1. You can buy ZOË Gifts. Purchases become jobs, which translate into the regeneration of an economy in a village.

2. Corporations - you can source your next new product from a ZOË producer group and literally transform a village.

3. Donate to one of the community projects and accelerate the impact we can have together.

Want to roll up your sleeves and get involved?

4. Volunteer at home with your expertise or on an annual trip to help one of our partner communities in India, Haiti, Guatemala or others.

5. Think Bigger with us online. Keep abreast of how we are progressing and join in the dialogue on our blog. The success of this journey will be based on collective wisdom and experiences.

The challenge for all of us

Renowned economist Jeffrey Sachs in his recent book Common Wealth said:

"Sustainability has to be a choice, a choice of a global society that thinks ahead and acts in unaccustomed harmony."

North America alone expends over $849.7 billion dollars in gifts and donations each year. Companies spend many more billions on products manufactured overseas.

If we redirected even a fraction of that by Thinking Bigger Than Fair Trade, we could funnel more money into sustainable aid then some countries could ever imagine allocating.
